Would you like to adopt a new business model and design eco-responsible clothing?
Join the first cohort of the "Create Differently, Develop Eco-Responsible Clothing" course launched by Vestechpro, a college center for technology transfer (CCTT) specializing in clothing, affiliated with Cégep Marie-Victorin, member of the CCTT Synchronex network, and qualified expert at the Ecoleader Fund.
The course starts on March 29, 2022 and aims to support designers and entrepreneurs in their approach to developing eco-responsible clothing products. It aims to integrate eco-responsible practices into all stages of clothing product development.
This course is intended for professionals: small business owners (1 to 5 employees) established in Quebec in the clothing industry who wish to approach clothing design in an eco-responsible way.
Program
Module 1: From linear to circular
Module 2: Responsible Sourcing
Module 3: Eco-Process
Module 4: End and Start of the Cycle
Module 5: Business Models and Marketing Strategies
Module 6: Create an Eco-Responsible Textile Product Differently
The course includes conferences, technical training, workshops, visits and exchange and teamwork activities. Participants will develop eco-responsible clothing that will be showcased at an event promoting eco-responsible fashion in Montreal.

The “Create Differently” course was developed thanks to the financial support of the Ville de Montréal Economic Development Department, granted as part of the Agir pour les talents 2020 call for projects.
Format
All activities will be presented in French.
Daytime activities, 9 a.m. to noon
Duration: 72 hours, spread out over 4 months with four three-hour activities per week for 6 non-consecutive weeks.
Price
$250 per participant (72 hours of training and activities), taxes not included.
This is non-credit training.

We will welcome you on-site in compliance with the health measures imposed by the Government of Quebec.
