As a College Center for Technology Transfer, one of Vestechpro's missions is to inform and stimulate the next generation of students in fashion and apparel and related fields.
As such, the Center participates in many recognized events including the AFCAS Congress, Fashion Revolution's week, RH mode, and Les Filles & le code.
The Vestechpro Summer School
Since 2018, the Center has offered a Summer School. This program aims to promote a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship for the next generation.
This project allows students (between 15 and 20 participants) to learn about new technologies, collaborative approaches, and discover new career prospects.

Shared lab
Receiving an NSERC award allowed us to set up a laboratory shared with the École de mode du Cégep Marie-Victorin.
This space gives students and teachers access to equipment separate from that available at the Fashion School: textile printer, digital embroiderer, and 3D printer.
This new laboratory allows Vestechpro to offer discovery and experimentation workshops to teachers and students.
