Who are we?
Vestechpro is a College Technology Transfer Center (CCTT) specializing in apparel, affiliated with Cégep Marie-Victorin. Since its founding in 2011, its mission has been to support businesses and organizations in the fashion and apparel industry in developing innovative products and projects by offering technical assistance, training, information dissemination, and applied research services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Help develop Vestechpro’s outreach tools (web, print, social media, short videos, email campaigns, brochures, etc.) in accordance with the graphic guidelines and brand identity;
- Create content (text, visuals) and publish it on the website and social media platforms;
- Contribute to promotional and communication activities (communication campaigns, events such as trade shows, site visits, etc.);
- Contribute to event-related activities (conferences, summer school, training sessions, etc.);
- Update the database;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Education and Experience
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in communication, marketing, or fashion marketing (DEC or BAC)
Required Skills
- Be thorough and detail-oriented;
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills;
- Be creative and propose innovative solutions;
- Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- Possess graphic design and video skills (shooting, editing, etc.);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams), Photoshop, and InDesign;
- Experience with a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress or Craft CMS is a plus;
- Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written (knowledge of English is considered a plus).

Schedule
- 35 hours per week;
- Monday through Thursday – On-site between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.;
- Friday schedule – On-site between 9:00 a.m. and noon.

As part of the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) 2026 program, the selected employee must:
- be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment;

- have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment and be legally authorized to work in Canada in accordance with the laws and regulations in effect in Quebec;
- work full-time for a period of eight weeks between May 4, 2026, and August 29, 2026.
