Vestechpro is proud to announce the release of its brand new Guide to Best Practices for a Resilient Fashion Supply Chain. Designed as a tool for inspiration and sharing, this document aims to stimulate reflection on the resilience of supply chains in the fashion and apparel sector in Quebec.
The guide provides an analysis of potential risks and vulnerabilities throughout the fashion supply chain, as well as best practices for addressing the issues identified. Its primary goal is to equip, inspire, and encourage professionals in the fashion and apparel sector to build on what is already working, here and now.
This guide is also the result of observation and analysis conducted by Vestechpro between 2024 and 2025 among local industry players with the aim of better understanding the dynamics, challenges, and levers for action in terms of supply chain resilience in the sector. This process included several complementary steps: a literature review, a survey, and individual interviews with industry professionals to identify the issues experienced in the field.
This guide was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, and Energy through its economic development project support program. Vestechpro would also like to extend its warmest thanks to the InnovLOG team and Johanne Boivin of Point Cardinal for their invaluable collaboration, which illustrates the importance of pooling expertise for the benefit of the sector.
