Recently nominated for a 2-year mandate, Paulette Kaci, Executive director at Vestechpro Apparel Research and Innovation Centre, will undertake her new role as a board member in a context of great effervescence for the Eastern part of Montreal. After many years of neglect, this part of Montreal is quickly becoming a government priority in terms of social and economic development opportunities.
“I am extremely excited to support and contribute to PME MTL Est-de-l’Île’s mandate, a unique organization by its mission of constituting a driving force of economic growth in the Eastern part of Montreal”, said Mrs. Kaci.
Strongly committed to her entrepreneurial values, Paulette Kaci totals more than 25 years of experience in the sectors of social innovation and education. She also serves on the board of QuébecInnove as President.
PME MTL Est-de-l’Île is one of six organizations constituting a network serving the area of Montral which aims at promoting entrepreneurship through consultation and by accompanying entrepreneurs through their business endeavours. PME MTL Est-de-l’Île’s territory includes the area bounded by the boroughs of Anjou, Montréal-Nord, Rivière-des-Prairies – Pointe-aux-Trembles, Saint-Léonard and the City of Montréal-Est.
