Vestechpro collaborates on an inter-programme student competition at Cégep Marie-Victorin

On 25 February 2026, the Cégep Marie-Victorin Fashion School and Vestechpro jointly launched the second edition of the Marie-Vic Collection competition. This challenge offers students in the Fashion Marketing, Fashion Design and Graphic Design programmes the opportunity to create the next promotional product for Cégep Marie-Victorin, as well as to oversee its marketing and visual identity.

Working in pairs or trios, the six participating student teams will develop a joint entry including a narrative of the conceptualised promotional product, the eco-responsible approach adopted, technical drawings of the designed product and its manufacturing specifications, as well as the graphic development of the illustration and labels found on the promotional bag.

This competition is fortunate to have the support of two committed partners from the Montreal fashion industry: Core Fabrics and Atelier Promo 21.

These partners will welcome the teams on tours of their facilities and raise their awareness of eco-responsible and circular practices during dedicated activities offered by Vestechpro.

The three finalist teams will be announced on 20 May 2026 and will receive grants of £1,000 (3rd place), £2,000 (2nd place) and £3,000 (1st place). The winning teams will also have the opportunity to participate in company visits, awareness workshops, etc.

Vestechpro is proud to be involved in this competition, which flies the flag for Cégep Marie-Victorin while raising awareness among students about ways to minimise environmental impact.
